Edgebert, Mary F. (17 Jan 1840 - 19 Jun 1912)
Mrs. W. D. Edgebert, who died at her home in Neillsville, Clark County, June 19, 1912, was born in the state of Maine Jan. 17, 1840. Her maiden name was Mary Fletcher Harriman. She came to Michigan and later to her brothers in Wisconsin. She was married in 1882 to W. D. Edgebert and with the exception of a short residence in Barron Co., they have lived here ever since. She was a woman of excellent Christian character and possessed the home making and home loving qualities that mark a woman of the best type.
Besides her husband and several step-children, she leaves two brothers and four sisters, namely A.M. Harriman of Neillsville, J.W. Harriman of Necedah, Mrs. J.W. St. John of Portage, Mrs. Jas. Spencer of Necedah, Mrs. Wm. Summerside of Pierre, S.D., and Mrs. Julia Currie of Ontario.
The funeral was held Thursday at the home, Rev. Prucia officiating.
